About the castle:

The Castello di Brozolo is a living historical monument.  Overlooking the picturesque village of Brozolo from its hillside perch, the site has been continuously inhabited and owned by the Radicati family for ten centuries.  The current structure was modified in the 18th century, though it still contains many books, paintings and household items dating back even earlier.   The Castello di Brozolo is a true expression of the rich and varied history of the Piemonte region.

Today, we welcome visitors to join us and share a part of this history while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.  Our apartments are self-catering units, available for both short and long-term stays.  With ample space and comfortable furnishings, this is a perfect location for families and groups.  We speak Italian, English and French and are happy to suggest activities and local sites for you to visit during your stay.

We look forward to welcoming you.

“We have had a wonderful stay at this castle for nine days in August. Even though there have been a few very hot days, the building is well designed to catch all the available breezes and the twilight is magical.  The castle has been inhabited by host Filippo’s family since medieval times.  It is grand, and is built on top of a steep wooded hill with a 2 km private drive, so there are long views over the countryside.

The accommodation in the converted stables is well appointed, spacious, clean and quiet.  Our host has been erudite, charming and understood our needs.  He has told us about local restaurants, wineries, cultural events and historical sites, all of which are numerous.  Very highly recommended.”
